Where do I pickup my order?

We do not have a retail storefront with regular hours for you to come pickup your order. Instead, we have customers pickup directly from our workshop in Minneapolis. Our shop is located at 2400 North 2nd Street, Suite 101, Minneapolis, MN 55411. Garrett is the only one there on a day to day basis from about 9AM-5:30PM. However, he does run the occasional errand so pickups are by appointment only to ensure Garrett will be there when you stop by. When you arrive, our building is called Northwind Lofts

  • Enter the parking lot and drive straight back. You will see a large awning on your left that says Main Entrance toward the back of the parking lot. This is our door.
  • Once you make your way to the door, enter “1 0 1” (press buttons firmly) into the call box and we will buzz you in. If you have trouble with this just give Garrett a call at 651-245-4128.
  • Once inside, walk straight back from the main entrance. We are located in Suite 101 toward the end of the hall.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping costs and times vary depending on the size of the product and where it is being shipped to. If you’d like your custom order shipped, just ask and we will quote shipping for you. Orders are shipped upon completion and typically take a few days to a week in addition to our 2-3 week lead time to arrive via USPS or UPS.

How long does it take to make a piece generally?

Our typical lead time is 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. However, we can rush orders if needed. If you need something quick, just ask!

Can I make a rushed order?

Yes. Our ability to meet your deadline depends on our production schedule and other projects we are currently working on. Please ask us about this if this is something you are interested in.

Can we pickup our order instead of having it shipped?

Yes, absolutely! This will result in you saving the cost associated with shipping your product to you.

Can I see the design before it is made?

Yes! We create and send you digital mockups for all custom orders.

How will I get my product?

You can either pick up your order at our shop at 2400 North 2nd Street, Suite 101, Minneapolis, MN 55411 or you can have it shipped to you for an additional fee.

What is your recommendation for hanging my art?

Our artwork, depending on the piece, will either have a wooden brace across the back, hanging wire, or metal hanging bracket attached. It is always a good idea to find a stud with the hanging screw you use, but studs do not always fall where you want them to and there are a number of different types of walls. If you can not hit a stud, then you will most likely need to use a wall anchor. Wall anchors are chosen based on the type of wall you have (drywall, brick, concrete, stucco, plaster, etc.) and by the weight of what you are hanging. If you aren’t sure which type of anchor to use, just shoot us a message and we’d be happy to help!

What are your size limitations?

We often tell people we can generally make something larger than you’d ever want it. The machines we use have some size restrictions, but we can often make larger products by producing it in smaller pieces and putting them together.

What are my options for colors?

If you can dream it, we can probably match it.

Do you make things other than wall art?

We stick to wooden wall art and signs. However, if you have something else on your mind, it doesn’t hurt to ask.

Do you have a showroom or retail space where I can see samples?

We do not have a showroom nor a retail space. We typically have some pieces we have made hung on our walls at our shop waiting to be picked up by other customers, but these are always changing. If you are hoping to take a look at something in person, just shoot us an email or give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.
