Returns

We only accept returns and issue refunds or make exchanges if our product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our return and exchange policy is 7 Days from the day you receive your product. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Please do not ship items until instructed by us to do so.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your return is approved or declined.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days and you will be reimbursed the cost of shipping if you can provide a receipt.

If your return is declined, then you will be required to pay the shipping fee to have your product returned to you.

Exchanges

If your return is approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement product will be produced and shipped to you as soon as possible. We will cover the associated costs and reimburse you for the cost of shipping if you can provide a receipt.

If your exchange is declined, then you will be required to pay the shipping fee to have your product returned to you.
